I knew I was going to be bad at keeping up with blogs.

I didn't think I was going to be this bad.

Am I sorry I didn't keep my stateside support system updated(outside if the occasional insta post): EXTREMELY

Am I sorry I chose to be in the moment;
laughing at the weirdness of the friends turned family surrounding me, loving our highschool girls on the side of a mountain, learning what it looks like to fight for each other and saying goodbye when separated by thousands of miles. Waiting for what's next, and simply being told to above all:

Be present.

No. I'm not sorry

Because I now have countless hours and endless memories of seeing God show up and work.

In my life and the lives of those around me.

These last few months have been loaded with every possible emotion. Some of it I'm still processing. Things got hard, really hard.

I'm sorry I didn't lean into the community the Lord provided me to get me this far. I'm sorry I didn't invite you into specific moments to fight alongside us as we battled against it all.

So join me as I do some back tracking and take us all the way back to Month 4 in Guatemala and catch you up on all that has happened since....
